Who is responsible

KB SafeEdge is responsible for personal data you send us. We are based in Nairobi, Kenya, and you can reach us at hello@kbsafeedge.com.

This website

This website uses no cookies and no tracking. It has no analytics, no forms, no advertising and no embedded content from other companies, and the fonts are served from this site. Like any web host, the hosting provider handles basic technical data, such as your IP address, to deliver the pages and keep the service secure. We don't use that data to identify or follow visitors.

When you email us

• We use your email, and anything you put in it, only to reply to you and to discuss the work you asked about.
• We don't sell it, add you to a mailing list or share it with anyone, apart from the email services that deliver and store our mail.
• If no work follows, we delete the email thread after 12 months.
• If we do work together, the engagement agreement sets out how project information is handled.

Your rights

Under Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019, you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@kbsafeedge.com and we will respond.

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your data, you have the right to complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.
